Ballet Dress Code- 

Beginning Ballet/Ballet 1

Dress Code: Girls should wear lavender leotards and pink or skin tone ballet shoes. Tights should match shoes. Hair should be neatly secured in a bun or twist. All bangs neatly pinned or sprayed back.

Boys Dress Code: white t-shirt, black shorts or black tights, and black ballet slippers.

Ballet 2/3

Dress Code: Girls should wear light blue leotards and pink or skin tone ballet shoes. Tights should match shoes. Hair should be neatly secured in a bun or twist. All bangs neatly pinned or sprayed back.

Boys Dress Code: white t-shirt, black shorts or black tights, and black ballet slippers.

Ballet 4/5

Dress Code: Girls should wear maroon leotards and pink or skin tone ballet shoes. Tights should match shoes. Hair should be neatly secured in a bun or twist. All bangs neatly pinned or sprayed back.Boys Dress Code: white t-shirt, black shorts or black tights, and black ballet slippers.

Ballet 6/7

Dress Code: Girls should wear navy leotards and pink or skin tone ballet shoes. Tights should match shoes. Hair should be neatly secured in a bun or twist. All bangs neatly pinned or sprayed back.

Boys Dress Code: white t-shirt, black shorts or black tights, and black ballet slippers.

Ballet 8-10

Dress Code: Girls should wear black leotards and pink or skin tone ballet shoes. Tights should match shoes. Hair should be neatly secured in a bun or twist. All bangs neatly pinned or sprayed back.

Boys Dress Code: white t-shirt, black shorts or black tights, and black ballet slippers.

Jazz

Dress Code- any color leotard or form fitting tank top, jazz shorts or leggings, skin tone jazz shoes and hair in ponytail or bun. (No baggy t-shirts) 

Boys Dress Code- any color plain t-shirt or tank top, black dance pants or shorts, and black jazz shoes.

Musical Theatre

Dress Code- Any color leotard with tights or a tank top with either jazz shorts or leggings. Skin toned jazz shoes. (No baggy t-shirts) 

Boys Dress Code- any color plain t-shirt or tank top, black dance pants or shorts, and black jazz shoes.

Tap

Girls Dress Code-any color leotard or form fitting tank top, jazz shorts or leggings, tap shoes and hair in ponytail or bun. (No baggy T-shirts) (Split sole tap shoes recommended for Intermediate or Advanced Tap)

Boys Dress Code- any color plain t-shirt or tank top, black dance pants or shorts, and black tie up tap shoes. (Split sole tap shoes recommended for levels 4 and up)

Contemporary/Modern

Girls Dress Code – -any color leotard or form fitting tank top, jazz shorts or leggings, bare feet and hair in ponytail or bun. (Turning shoes may be required at teachers request) (No baggy t-shirts)

Boys Dress Code- any color plain t-shirt or tank top, black dance pants or shorts, and bare feet.

Hip Hop

Girls and Boys Dress Code –tank top and either sweatpants, leggings, or cargo pants, black high-top dance sneakers, and hair pulled of face in ponytail or bun. 

Strength and Conditioning

Form fitting clothing and bare feet (leotard and tights are fine as long as tights can be rolled up)
